This form is intended for the use of SFU Recognized Student Clubs & Organizations and any Saint Francis University affiliated department or interest group looking to participate in the Involvement Fair.

By completing this form, Student Clubs & Organizations can register for this year's Fall Involvement Fair, scheduled for Wednesday, September 2, 2026 from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on the Campus Mall (Rain location: JFK Lounge and lower level) and an opportunity to recruit more members.

The primary attendees of the annual Fall Involvement Fair are members of the new Freshmen class who are looking to get involved and to apply themselves as leaders. Don't miss out on this once-per-year to introduce your organization to the entire student body and to recruit strong, contributing new members!

Electric Supply (Inside location only - We cannot provide electric service if the event is held outside.)

Note: Only limited access to electricity is available so not all requests may be satisfied. Also, you will be required to provide your own extension cord to connect with our outlets.

I also agree to have my table set up no later 4:50pm and will not begin to pack items up until at least 6:05pm.
